Mamma Mia! Coming Summer 2021

Told through the music of ABBA, Mamma Mia! tells the hilarious story of Sophie, a young woman about to be married, searching for her birth father on a Greek Island Paradise.
Open auditions for the summer musical production of Mamma Mia! will be held Saturday, April 25 from 10:00am-1:00pm, Sunday, April 26 from 2:00pm-5:00pm & Tuesday, April 28 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the Fridley Community Center, 6085 7th Street NE, Fridley, MN.
Callbacks will be the evening of Thursday, April 30 in the evening.
Mamma Mia! will perform July 24, 25, 30, 31, and Aug. 1. Please bring a list of conflicts for May 15-August 1. Rehearsals are scheduled based on conflicts and availability of acting company, but will likely be Monday-Friday 6:30-9:00pm.
Actors will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis and auditioned in small groups determined upon arrival; no need to schedule an audition.
WHAT TO PREPARE:
Actors should prepare 16 bars of a song of your choosing, be ready to learn a short dance routine, and cold read from the script. Please dress ready to move. Actors may also prepare a short optional monologue.
